ProCare Therapy is looking for a Special Education Teacher (SPED) for a full-time, onsite role in Fremont, CA. This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive school district in Northern California.
Job Details:
Location: Fremont, CA
Schedule: Monday Friday, full-time
Caseload: K-12 students (determined in interview)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: End of School Year
Setting: Onsite
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement IEPs for students
Provide instruction and intervention tailored to individual needs
Work with a multidisciplinary team to support student success
Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
Qualifications:
California Special Education Credential required
Experience with Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe disabilities preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
