We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team at the Correctional Training Facility in Soledad, CA. In this critical role, you will provide direct patient care, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

As a Patient Care Specialist, you will work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and correctional staff to promote rehabilitation and reintegration into society. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to a positive and respectful work environment.
