Job Description
Job Title: Support Staff
We are seeking a qualified Support Staff member to join our team at California Montessori Project. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique and supportive environment, helping students with special needs thrive in a classroom setting.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and organized learning environment for students with special needs.
Support lead teachers and teaching assistants in implementing the Montessori curriculum.
Assist with lesson planning and preparation.
Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other staff members.
Requirements:
48 college educational units or the ability to pass the paraprofessional exam within 30 days of hire.
One year of experience working in a classroom environment with students with special needs, or relevant experience.
Certificate Copy (Paraprofessional exam, if applicable)
Copy of Transcript (if applicable)
