Job Description
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of skill and expertise in behavior-analytic services. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work with students and staff to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions and promote positive learning outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement behavior plans to improve student behavior and academic performance.
Teach pro social skills to students and staff to promote a positive learning environment.
Assist certificated teachers and Instructional Assistants in reinforcing instruction and performing clerical duties.
Collect data on student progress and contribute to the development of effective behavioral interventions.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
RBT Credential through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Valid California Driver's License.
Any combination equivalent to an Associate's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a school setting providing direct student support services.
