Job Overview: As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service by offering expert beauty consultations. You will help clients discover products that enhance their confidence and express their unique style. Your in-depth product knowledge and genuine passion for beauty will create memorable shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience: o Greet customers warmly and provide personalized consultations. o Understand clients beauty preferences and recommend suitable products. o Demonstrate application techniques through mini-makeovers and product trials. o Build lasting relationships with clients through follow-ups and loyalty program engagement.

Sales and Product Expertise: o Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and promotions. o Educate clients about product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage. o Achieve sales targets by promoting exclusive and partnered brands. o Support cross-selling and upselling to enhance client satisfaction.

Store Operations: o Ensure product displays are well-maintained and visually appealing. o Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. o Maintain hygiene and safety standards across the store. o Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.

Qualifications: Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and skincare. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is preferred. Ability to build genuine customer connections. Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
