Additional Info : Salon And Spa Manager Job Descriptionthe Salon And Spa Manager Oversees The Daily Operations Of The Salon And Spa, Ensuring Excellent Customer Service And Smooth Business Operations. They Manage Staff, Handle Scheduling, Maintain Inventory, Ensure Financial Goals Are Met, And Promote The Business. The Role Also Includes Managing Customer Inquiries, Resolving Complaints, And Ensuring Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations.Key Responsibilities:Supervise And Train Staffhandle Customer Service And Complaintsmanage Budgets, Payroll, And Inventorypromote The Salon/Spa And Attract Clientsensure Cleanliness And Compliance With Regulationsskills & Qualifications:Strong Leadership And Customer Service Skillsexperience In Salon/Spa Management Or Related. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
