Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist clients/visitors to ensure a positive experience
• Answer & direct incoming phone calls
• General administrative duties/support
• Customer Information Files – using CRM software application
• Assist with the coordination of employee events
Qualifications:
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
• High level of discretion
• No previous experience at a front desk required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual Spanish required
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected base pay rate for this position is between $50,000 – $55,000 determined on an individualized basis (skills, qualifications, experience & location). Base pay is only part of the total compensation package, as Receptionists are eligible to earn a merit-based bonus.
