Line Cook

Pinocchio's is looking for a part time line cook to join our kitchen team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
Follow health and safety guidelines.
Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
Prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Prepare dishes to business standards.
Clean up station and properly package leftover food.
Stock inventory
Anticipate and fulfill the needs of the kitchen.
Qualifications

Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils a plus.
Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Works well as a part of a team
Works quickly and efficiently
Self-starter
Able to meet all scheduling commitments
Responds well to direction
Read order tags and prepare orders correctly.
