• Train and mentor junior technicians to improve knowledge and skills
• Participate in safety initiatives to promote a culture of safety and wellness
Requirements:
• Associate's degree or certification in a related field, or equivalent experience
• Four years of experience in maintenance or repair, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and processes],
