Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced tow truck driver to safely and efficiently tow and transport vehicles to their designated locations.
Main Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain tow truck equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Respond to service calls and provide roadside assistance as needed.
Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck.
Transport vehicles to designated locations in a timely and safe manner.
Maintain accurate records of all tows and services provided.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
Requirements:
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in towing and recovery.
The ability to operate and maintain tow truck equipment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
