Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing various services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, and issuing/activating ATM cards.
• Resolve client problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring clients' needs and identifying potential sales.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
