• Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated HMDA/CRA RE Clerk to join our Corporate Loan Servicing team at Mountain West Bank. This role plays a vital part in ensuring loan quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. The selected candidate will collaborate with our compliance and audit teams, as well as division management, to guarantee our procedures meet industry standards and company expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monthly HMDA reviews ('scrub the LAR') to verify data entry precision and coherence
• Enactment of ongoing modifications to HMDA regulations to ensure adherence to novel stipulations
• Presentation of periodic reports and suggestions for enhancement prospects to the departmental leadership team
• Training of lending and administrative personnel on HMDA and CRA directives
• Supervision of CRA information integrity submissions for Mountain West Bank

Necessary Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one-year experience in the banking sector
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking practices and procedures
• Familiarity with HMDA and CRA rules
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
