Customer Service Representative - Banking

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Financial Concierge/Teller to join our team at Idaho State Job Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling various transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities: Receive and process checking and savings deposits, verify endorsements, and issue receipts of deposit. Process withdrawals and cash checks, identify counterfeit currency, and answer basic customer inquiries. Cross-sell bank products and services, refer customers to the proper department when necessary, and ensure teller station is properly supplied.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good computer skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior cash handling experience and customer service experience preferred.
