Teller (30 hours) - Rigby

We are seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to work closely with members of the community, helping them build a better financial future. As a banking expert, you will guide clients to products and services that improve their everyday lives.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing various services, including opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, and performing account maintenance.
• Resolve client problems through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring clients' needs.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.
