As a Teller at Zions Bank, you'll work closely with the community to help them build a better financial future. You'll become a banking expert and guide clients to products and services that improve their everyday lives.

Your Responsibilities
• Process debit and credit transactions accurately while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing various services, such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, and performing account maintenance.
• Resolve client problems through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Maximize cross-sell bank opportunities by exploring clients' needs.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (a plus).
