About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process debit and credit transactions while maintaining an acceptable balancing record
• Identify and address client needs by providing a variety of services, including opening new accounts and issuing counter checks
• Resolve client problems through direct personal action or referral to alternative resources
• Maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring clients' needs
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (a plus)
