Job Summary

We're seeking a Part Time Client Service Associate (Teller) to work closely with members of the community by helping them build a better financial future. As a banking expert, you'll guide clients to products and services that improve their everyday lives.

Essential Functions
• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing various services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, and performing account maintenance.
• Resolve client problems through direct personal action or referral to alternative resources.
• Maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring clients' needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
