About the Role

As a Teller in our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you'll be part of our National Branch Network, serving the local community by providing financial services to residents, employees, and businesses.
Your Responsibilities
• Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making introductions to bankers
• Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
• Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products
• Interact with customers and individuals to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions
Requirements
• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience
• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
