Key Activities Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to deploy BD Excellence across MMS, leveraging lean principles and methodologies to drive process improvement and efficiency gains. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement, developing tailored solutions that meet the needs of each function and stakeholder group. Drive accountability for achieving improvement outcomes that align with MMS's strategic priorities, working closely with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to secure alignment and support. Establish a culture of continuous learning and improvement within MMS, fostering a growth mindset among team members and empowering them to take ownership of their professional development and growth.
