Key Responsibilities:

Impact You Will Make

Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Microsoft SharePoint site collections.
Create, modify, and troubleshoot Power Automate workflows in accordance with best practices.
Promptly address tasks, messages, and incoming requests effectively.
Ensure timely communications and turnaround times for priority tasks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze them, and propose solutions.
Provide system/specialized training and technical guidance as needed.
Contribute to briefings, transition concepts to execution, course of action (COA) development, and assist in project technical planning and implementation.
Collaborate with content managers, Information Assurance, team members, and end-users on solutions and issues.
Analyze and verify current security configuration and effectiveness in response to DoD requirements and emerging threats.
Mentor and coach less experienced content managers from other directorates.
Participate in special projects as assigned.
Embody a continuous improvement mindset to ensure the quality of delivered services.
Requirements for Success:

Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills: Microsoft SharePoint server and Power Suite, migration experience for SharePoint environments
Security Clearance Level: Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance with the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI
Required Skills and Abilities: A minimum of five (5) years experience in building, maintaining, and supporting Microsoft technologies, and related platforms: SharePoint 201+/Online, Workflows, and Power Automate
Must be IAT level II compliant with DoD 8570.1/8140
Preferred Skills: Understanding of Agile, ITL, DevOps practices
Location: Hybrid (Doral area and routine customer site visits in Key West, FL)
