Job Description:
Seeking a skilled Principal Test Engineering Technician to assist in developing and maintaining test fixtures and functional test equipment for electro-mechanical, hydro-pneumatic, and optical systems. This role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and certification of production test equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, repair, and validate test equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve production line test issues.
Construct, debug, and improve test fixtures and equipment.
Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
Provide input on design for manufacturability and testability.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience troubleshooting electronics and constructing test equipment.
Ability to work independently and follow technical procedures.
Light mechanical construction experience is a plus.
