You will be a Systems and Software Quality Engineer Associate Manager for the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team leads the development of innovative air and missile defense, precision fires, and sensors systems, delivering cutting-edge products and services to our military and civilian customers.
Key Responsibilities
As the Systems and Software Quality Engineer Associate Manager, you will lead and perform key areas of responsibility within the Software Quality Engineering discipline, developing and maintaining processes that adhere to AS+100 and CMMI standards.
Developing and maintaining Systems and Software Quality Engineering processes
Ensuring adherence to AS+100 Quality Management System standards and CMMI
Meeting program and customer requirements
Leading and performing quality engineering activities

Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is highly preferred.
- Experience driving strategies resulting in the strengthening of Software Quality Management Systems both at internal sites and at key software suppliers.
- Experience working with Government customers and stakeholders.
- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CSQ) and / or Certified -Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA).
- Experience with Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, SaFE, etc.).
- Experience with creating and/or generating Basis of Estimates for Proposals. A deep understanding of Software Quality Assurance tasks and estimates is required.
