Cloud Architect And Software Engineer

The Brixton Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect and Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based applications that integrate artificial intelligence (AI) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) models.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, robust software solutions using TypeScript and Python, focusing on full-stack development and integration with AI/LLM models.
Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Develop RESTful APIs using NestJS and FastAPI, integrating with various frontend and backend systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in software engineering, AI, and cloud technologies, applying new knowledge to improve existing systems and processes.

Requirements:
Strong experience in TypeScript and Python for software development.
Proficiency in AWS services, including but not limited to Lambda, S3, EC2, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
Experience with AI/LLM models such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, or similar.
Hands-on experience with RAG models and integrating AI into real-world applications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
