Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Ocean Import/Export Operations Specialist to oversee daily ocean import/export operations, coordinate with customers and vendors, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate ocean import/export operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Communicate effectively with customers and vendors to coordinate products and services.
Obtain and create quotes for shipments, identifying the best method of transportation.
Resolve Ocean Import/Export troubleshooting issues promptly and efficiently.
Process and review Ocean Export documentation accurately and thoroughly.
Demonstrate hands-on experience in international air/ocean and import/export logistics.
Calculate rates and convert pricing and rates with precision.
Enter data into company systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain essential account documentation up-to-date and organized.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree not required but preferred (High school diploma/GED acceptable).
A minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics (Import, Export, Domestics).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Inventory maintenance experience.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Good management and organizational skills.
Fast learner and good listener.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
