Logistics Coordinator Expert

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage air shipments, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and maintain accurate financial records.

Main Responsibilities:
Manage air shipments from start to finish, including opening files in Ceva TMS and responding to customer inquiries.
Review commercial documents for accuracy and completeness, and ensure they conform to customs regulations.
Track shipments, enter references and milestones, and upload documents to our TMS.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers and customers, to ensure smooth cargo release.
Request and provide Proof of Delivery (PODs) as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:

A high school diploma or equivalent, with advanced education a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably with knowledge of customs regulations and export procedures.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Ceva TMS.
