About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technical Advisor/Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and solving technical escalations, providing online and in-dealership technical assistance, leading discussions as a subject matter expert, and ensuring Required Service Updates (RSU) are completed.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assessing and solving technical escalations.
• Providing online and in-dealership technical assistance.
• Leading discussions as a subject matter expert.
• Managing recall requirements and ensuring RSU completion.
• Interacting with the team as quality feedback liaison.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2-4 years automotive experience required; current ASE certification is preferred.
• Field-related management experience is preferred.
• Ideal experience: Assistant Manager, Shop Foreman.
• Highly motivated, adaptive, and autonomous with ability to deliver results.
