TFORCE FREIGHT IS HIRING DIESEL MECHANICS AND TRAILER REPAIR TECHNICIANS

Benefits:
• Pay: $25.70 to $31.75 per hour depending on work experience & role
• $7,500 Sign-On Bonus available for Newburgh, NY & Portland, OR locations!

Requirements:
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and personal computer
• Possess a full complement of personal hand tools
• U.S. citizen (Employer will not sponsor visas for position)
• Current documented trailer mechanic experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Proficient at operating standard transmission vehicles
• Fleet, diesel, and gas experience or trade school training is highly desirable
• Compliant with DOT and Company requirements
• Understanding of all FMCSA requirements and ability to pass an annual PM certification
• Safely perform essential job functions without obvious risk of injury to self or co-workers
• Must have a complete set of hand tools
• Advanced knowledge of a vehicle, its electrical system, and mechanisms of a diesel engine
• In-depth knowledge of diesel engine components and operational mechanisms
• Superior knowledge of maintenance tools and repair equipment
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and other relevant electronics
