Your New Role
As an Account Manager, you will cultivate and nurture relationships with our customers in the South Island region. You will provide support, technical advice and proactive recommendations as their expert on advanced laundry cleaning and sanitation.

Servicing and maintenance of Ecolab equipment
Transporting and pumping of Ecolab chemicals at customer sites
You will collaborate with a talented and passionate team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the division. Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, promoting innovation and optimizing processes to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
Service multiple customer sites across the South Island
You will work independently, managing your own schedule, and travel away from home for approximately 1.5 weeks per month.

Cultivate strong relationships with customers
You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth through innovative solutions.

Maintain a solution-based mindset
You will utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve equipment issues and identify more efficient solutions, promoting sustainability and efficiency across customer sites.
