We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our Christchurch studio, contributing to the technical and design delivery of various projects.
About the Role
You will play a key role in project delivery, ensuring high technical standards using ArchiCAD. You will work with a collaborative team, share your expertise, and collaborate with consultants to bring projects from concept to completion.
Your Background
Proven experience as an Architectural Technician (minimum 5 years)
Strong background in commercial, residential, and/or multi-unit housing projects
Proficiency in ArchiCAD and solid understanding of NZ building codes and regulations
Key Skills
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
Passion for high-quality design and keen eye for detail
