Lead Test Automation Engineer
India / Poland
As the Lead Test Strategy Engineer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our Salesforce platform. Your role will encompass designing and implementing robust testing strategies, overseeing UAT, leading system integration testing efforts, conducting load testing, and driving test automation initiatives using Selenium.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
1. Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for the Salesforce platform, covering UAT, system integration testing, and load testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing objectives, criteria, and success metrics.
2. UAT Oversight: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements. Develop and execute UAT plans, coordinating testing activities and managing feedback loops.
3. System Integration Testing: Design and execute system integration tests to ensure seamless interoperability of Salesforce with other enterprise systems. Identify and address integration issues, working collaboratively with development and integration teams.
4. Load Testing: Develop and implement load testing scenarios to assess the platform's performance under varying workloads. Analyze and interpret load testing results, making recommendations for optimizations.
5. Test Automation with Selenium: Ensure the implementation of test automation strategies using Selenium for functional and regression testing. Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and automation scripts. Generate and communicate test reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading testing efforts for Salesforce platforms.
• Expertise in UAT, system integration testing, load testing, and test automation with Selenium.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and configuration.
• Proficient in scripting languages and test automation frameworks.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with testing processes.
• Strong understanding of Scrum Agile methodology and experience working in a Scrum team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate test automation goals and influence decisions.
