Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test efficient algorithms for vLLM systems, leveraging your expertise in high-performance computing and GPU hardware
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine inference optimization algorithms
Pursue innovative solutions to complex technical problems, driving growth and improvement in our platform
Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Requirements
Expertise in writing high-performance code for GPUs and strong understanding of computer architecture and parallel processing concepts
Experience with tensor math libraries, modern C++, CUDA, and mathematical software
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field; PhD in ML-related domain a plus
