Job Summary
The Hotel Night Auditor plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial accuracy and integrity of our hotel operations. As a key member of our front desk team, this individual is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions, reviewing and compiling management reports, and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while providing exceptional guest service.
Main Responsibilities
Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports
Prioritize job functions in order to meet deadlines
Ensure accuracy of all numbers reported including statistics
Input and update financial information into corporate communications network
Perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual data processing system functions as required
