Pay: $800.00 - per week

Schedule: Vary per route, must be able to work weekends

We are seeking dedicated and dependable individuals to join our team full-time as a FedEx Pickup and Delivery Drivers. We provide you with the tools you need to succeed including a company vehicle, prepaid fuel, GPS, scanner, maintenance, and comprehensive paid training.This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level, with a reliable company that values its drivers.

Responsibilities:

Provide positive and professional interactions with customers and coworkers
Ensure on-time delivery and pickup of packages to/from customers
Assist in loading packages onto your vehicle from our Hutchins, TX hub
Scan all packages accurately and efficiently
Work independently and manage various tasks throughout the day
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with no moving violations the last 3-5 years (verified with DMV)
minor traffic tickets are acceptable
Minimum 12 months of combined commercial driving experience
examples of commercial experience may include lawn service trailer towing, Uber eats, DoorDash, Kroger, Amazon delivery, etc
Ability to pass a drug test (initial and random) and obtain a DOT medical card
Pass a DOT physical and lift up to 80-150 lbs. as needed
Solid work history and reliable references
No driver's license suspensions in the past 36 months for any reason
Ability to work independently and handle various tasks during the day

Ideal Candidate:

Early risers who can arrive at the terminal by 7:45 a.m.
Adaptable to varying ending times depending on package volume and stop count.
Quick learners who can navigate our systems efficiently
Self-motivated and able to handle various tasks independently throughout the day.
Available to work weekends and have a flexible schedule
Physically capable of handling a demanding job, with lots of walking and lifting
