Software Development Engineer II (SDE II) - Seattle, WA
Base Salary: $150K - $175K + Bonus + Stock Options

Position Overview: The ideal SDE II will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing sophisticated data collection technologies while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with senior team members. This position offers the perfect blend of technical challenge and career growth in a dynamic environment.

Core Responsibilities:

Architect and develop robust data collection systems using Node.js, Java, Go, or similar technologies
Lead full-cycle software development from design through deployment
Optimize web scraping processes and data processing workflows
Enhance existing systems to improve performance and scalability
Champion CI/CD practices and testing automation
Mentor junior engineers while collaborating with senior team members
Drive technical discussions and code reviews
Required Qualifications:

3-8 years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (TypeScript, C#, Java, or Python)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Hands-on experience with databases (Elastic Search, MongoDB, DynamoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift)
Expertise in web scraping and browser automation (Selenium, Puppeteer)
Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Experience scaling data processing systems
Track record of mentoring junior developers
