The Position
You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge advertising technology platform. You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers and work with cross-functional teams to build robust and scalable solutions that empower our clients in the digital advertising industry. Whether you prefer backend or frontend development, we offer flexibility and opportunities across the stack.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain features for Placements.io's advertising technology platform, covering both frontend and backend components.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Build efficient, scalable, and secure code following best practices and coding standards.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to ensure optimal system performance and stability.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, provide feedback, and encourage knowledge sharing within the team.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high reliability and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Solid experience as a Fullstack Engineer, preferably in a fast-paced startup or technology-focused environment.
Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks/libraries like React.js, Angular, or Antd.
Strong understanding of backend technologies and frameworks - Ruby on Rails an asset.
Experience with server-side development and RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of database systems such as PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as Heroku, AWS or Google Cloud.
