Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Light Duty Tow Truck Driver to provide roadside assistance for disabled vehicles. As a key member of our team, you will operate a light-duty tow truck to assist with vehicle recovery, tyre changes, jump-starts, lockouts, and other basic roadside services.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a light-duty tow truck in various weather and traffic conditions.
Perform vehicle recovery, tyre changes, jump-starts, lockouts, and other basic roadside services.
Ensure all towing operations follow safe towing practices and proper procedures.
Interact with clients professionally, providing excellent customer service during assistance calls.
Respond quickly and efficiently to service requests, maintaining composure and attention to detail under pressure.
Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to operate a light-duty tow truck.
Knowledge of safe towing practices and vehicle handling procedures.
Basic mechanical skills for minor vehicle repairs and troubleshooting.
