About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded individual to join our team as a Safety Minded Driver. This role involves operating 40' passenger buses, transporting passengers to and from the airport, and ensuring their safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate buses safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
Identify and report any defects or malfunctions, completing trip reports as necessary.
Communicate effectively with other drivers, supervisors, and base operations.
Participate in regular training and staff meetings, staying up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
Requirements:
A valid Washington State Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A or B with a Passenger (P1) endorsement and a Department of Transportation Health Card.
Experience working in fast-paced environments, providing excellent customer service and problem resolution.
Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
Pass a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) background check and a criminal history background check with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
