Responsibilities:

Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure standard methodologies are followed.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Experience in Frontend development using Angular.
Have extensive experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Show ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Have a strong understanding of software development standard processes and methodologies.
Experience with automated testing frameworks is highly desirable.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 – $163,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
