Foreman

Seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Site Foreman to direct and work with our construction teams on projects throughout the greater Sydney area. Tasks will involve scheduling work for the crew, coordinating trades and materials, resolving issues with site logistics and controlling the overall quality of delivered projects.

All applicants must have the following requirements for the position on offer:

Solid Builder or Tradesman background with a minimum of 5 years experience
Ability to execute works in accordance with the construction program as directed by the Project Manager.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to Co-ordinate and motivate all site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Carry out regular site meetings, toolbox talks, WHS compliance & documentation required for the project.
Good presentation & positive attitude towards clientele, Superintendents, consultants, engineers, and relevant project authorities.
