Site Manager - Residential & Commercial Construction

Our client is an established, upper-tier Developer and Head Contractor with extensive experience delivering bespoke commercial and residential projects valued between $20M and $150M+. Known for their meticulous attention to detail and strong industry reputation spanning more than four decades , they have achieved sustained growth over the past severa; years through repeat business and exceptional project delivery.



As they continue to expand, they are seeking an two experienced Site Managers to oversee and deliver newly awarded projects across Sydney’s Inner West, West, South, and North / North West. These projects range from $25M to $100M+ and include: high-rise sustainable residential developments, Hotels and leisure precincts, Medium-density mixed-use projects, Recreation and sports facilities and a range of Government projects including Schools, Hospitals, Aged Care and Defence projects

Key Requirements for these opportunities include:

Trade background in Carpentry (essential) with additional qualifications in Construction Management or a Diploma in Building (Cert IV) preferred

Proven experience in new build residential, mixed-use or commercial new build projects

Minimum ten years of industry experience (post-qualification / apprenticeship)

Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage site-based teams and liaise with clients
