Event Program Manager

Responsibilities
This role works closely and in constant alignment with event core team members especially where sponsorships include a demo showcase and speakerships
Manages interdependencies and integration among multiple event workstreams, teams, and stakeholders
Design, develop and implement both strategic programs and supporting tactics for events and programs
Design, develop and implement a sponsorship plan and program to meet stated goals and objectives for those events that include a sponsorship element
In addition, possess the ability to identify areas of the sponsorship program that are not meeting their deliverables and creating an action plan to recover in those areas that are jeopardizing the event
Strength and confidence to lead and direct teams both internal and external to meet key deliverables during the showcase/event planning process
