Riot Games PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Sydney-based VALORANT, Core Game Features Team. This role will report to the Engineering Manager on VALORANT Core Game Features in Sydney.

This role involves working on a wealth of existing and upcoming features for the game. You will help maintain, support, and update gameplay features for our players, lead projects with your teammates, and collaborate with other teams and disciplines.

Key responsibilities include:

Helping maintain, support, and update gameplay features for our players
Leading projects with your teammates and collaborating with other teams and disciplines
Seeking out and championing development process improvements
Upholding a high standard of engineering excellence
Providing mentorship to more junior members of the team
The ideal candidate has 4+ years experience in professional software development, 3+ years professional experience with C++, and has collaborated on cross-team development efforts on software projects. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience is preferred.
