The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following:

Oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department
Preparation of statutory accounts
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Treasury & Tax duties
Monitor the financial performance of the company and propose improvements
Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Professional certification such as CA or CPA (or relevant qualification)
Ideally have an audit background within a mid-tier or big-4 firm
Proficient knowledge of financial planning and strategy
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
Excellent communication and presentation skills
An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
