Our Regulatory Reporting team is hiring

Come join a team in growth where we’ll be building our analytics capabilities. As an Analyst in our Change Management and Governance function you’ll be responsible for and make an impact by:

Support scoping, design and implementation of Regulatory Change
Regulatory Change - supporting BAU initiative & projects
Monitor Governance processes and execute controls validation
Co-ordinate responses to audit findings and monitor execution of management responses
Supporting other functions and stakeholders as required




This is a permanent full-time position that can be based our Melbourne or Adelaide Head Offices. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of minimum two days per week in the office, increasing to 60% in July 2026.



What you’ll bring to the role

To succeed in this role, it’s essential to have:

More than 2 years’ experience in regulatory reporting &/or financial reporting role or a comparable role
Experience in change management within the financial services industry
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills to be able to build and develop relationships with stakeholders
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
A knack for teamwork - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals!


While not essential, these will be highly advantageous:

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, complemented by a professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent).
