Job Title: Fashion Photographer

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Fashion Photographer to join our team at Dhairya Exports. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that showcase our products in the best possible light.
\

Responsibilities:
\
\
• Capture high-quality photographs of fashion products in a studio and on-location settings\
• Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to ensure consistency in visual branding\
• Stay up-to-date with the latest photography trends and techniques\
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior team members\
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and meets our quality expectations\
• Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines\
• Participate in photo shoots, styling, and post-production tasks\
• Maintain accurate records of your work and provide regular updates to the team lead\
• Brief and direct models, stylists, makeup artists, and other crew members as required\
• Attend meetings and contribute to discussions about future projects and ideas\
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders\
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest new ideas for growth and development\
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures\
• Other duties as assigned by the team lead or management\
\

Requirements:
\
\
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion photography\
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
• Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously\
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)\
• Familiarity with lighting and camera equipment\
• Ability to travel frequently for work (up to 100% of the time)\
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends\
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes\
• Strong organizational and time management skills\
• Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and frequent travel\
• Good eyesight and color vision\
• Manual dexterity and ability to lift and carry equipment\
• Artistic ability and creativity\
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
• Able to work independently and as part of a team\
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills\
• High level of professionalism and discretion\
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license\
• Able to commute to work or relocate to Kochi, Kerala\
• Ability to obtain any necessary visas or work permits\
