Job Description

Permanent Full Time, 38hr week
Generous Salary & Salary Packaging options, including novated leases
Location: Fortitude Valley with hybrid and flexible working arrangements

Role Responsibilities:
Analyse and review overall digital performance metrics, driving data-informed enhancements.
Support digital programs and projects to develop cost estimates, budgets and forecasts.
Undertake cost assurance reviews and ensure best practice cost estimation methodologies and tools are used to support strategic decision making.
Develop and maintain cost models to support project and program planning and utilise data analytics to identify cost trends and opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings.
Work closely with the wider Digital Programs team to educate and knowledge share to uplift financial acumen.
Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that align with our digital and data objectives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
About you:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Data Analytics is required.
Certifications: Relevant qualifications in cost management, project management (e.g., PMP, CCP), ITIL or similar would be highly advantageous
Experience: Proven experience in cost management, estimating, and assurance within large and complex organisations, demonstrated experience in assisting with cost assurance activities and implementing cost controls, knowledge of cost estimation methodologies and tools. Experience in IT analysis, data analysis, reporting, and problem resolution would be advantageous.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Customer-Centric Approach: A strategic, customer-focused mindset with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.

Security Requirements: Security clearance/SOCI requirements may apply, depending on the role and responsibilities
