Fashion and Print Assistant Designer Job Description:
At DHANNAK, we are looking for a talented Fashion cum Print Assistant Designer to help us drive our design vision forward. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of textile and printing technicalities, as well as a flair for creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Concept Evolution & Fashion Forecasting
- Conduct thorough market analysis to stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize new designs and collections that align with our brand philosophy.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate cost-effective solutions for fabrics, trims, and embellishments.

II. Print Design
- Develop intricate free-flow sketches for block print designs, focusing on floral patterns and dabu printing techniques.
- Possess an acute eye for color combinations and patterns, ensuring consistency across all designs.
- Stay updated on the latest fabric silhouettes and garment trends by attending exhibitions and events.

III. Apparel Design & Development
- Oversee a team of designers, pattern makers, and tailors to produce high-quality samples and final products.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure precise fits and timely delivery.

IV. Social Media and Influencer Engagement
- Develop captivating social media content and collaborate with influencers to increase brand visibility.

Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters in Fashion Design from NIFT/NID or related fields.
- 0-4 years of full-time experience in fashion and print design, with expertise in women's, men's, and kids' wear.
