We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated Acute Care Team at South West Healthcare in Warrnambool.

The 22-bed Acute Care Unit provides vital support for patients with complex surgical and medical needs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding patient care in a safe and compassionate environment
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism
Develop and maintain strong communication and management skills
Pursue ongoing education and professional growth opportunities
Requirements:
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
At least 6 months of recent experience in acute medical or surgical settings
Dedication to providing safe and compassionate care
Strong communication and management skills
Eagerness for ongoing education and professional growth
Current working rights in Australia
