Registered Nurse - Werribee
As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of an experienced and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Services Werribee.
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a boutique aged care facility. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse range of residents and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and care plans.
Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care to residents.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is essential.
Ability to work on a part-time basis.
Clinical nursing practice experience in an aged care/healthcare setting.
Flexibility to work across morning, afternoon and night shifts.
High level of customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to follow directives as per care plan.
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities.
Vaccinated (and up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-1+.
National Police Certificate.
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
