As a Paralegal at Avant Law, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Solicitors and contributing to the effective functioning of our legal practice.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to Avant Law, including drafting correspondence, court filing, and liaising with witnesses and experts.
Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, as well as processing accounts payable invoices and monthly billings.
Preparing and maintaining legal files, including drafting and formatting legal documentation.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Experience in an administrative or paralegal position in a legal environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
